EASTER CRESCENT ROLL CARROTS
Easter is just over a week away and I am looking so forward to a cozy day at home with my family. Our Easter tradition includes, early morning homemade donuts, mimosas, church and brunch at one of our favorite local restaurants. Our afternoon will be filled with hanging out, an Easter egg hunt for my niece, followed up by a little Easter dinner that my mom always puts together.
You guys already know I love to make fun things for holidays. So when I came across this recipe from Pilsbury a few years ago and I knew I had to try it! I did a test run with them last week and I am soooo happy with how they turned out. Both cute and tasty! I thought these would be perfect for either a snack during the day or an addition to dinner!
If you decide to make them: please note that before you pull the aluminum foil out, make sure the roll is completely cool. Once it is cool, you should be able to twist the aluminum out with no problem. If you are tight for time on Easter, I would make the rolls the day before and store them in an air-tight container. Oh, and keep your parsley in some water to ensure its stays nice and perky for the perfect carrot top!
I am looking so forward to an Easter that feels a little more normal than last year. I hope you all have a bright and blessed day!
xo,
Makayla
