FRIDAY FAVORITES
I have been crazy busy with my job lately, wrapping up a major project. I feel like I haven’t been able to do some of the things I love in October.. but somehow I always manage to find time to order things online. Maybe it’s my way of giving myself motivation to get through the deadline, like little treats to myself for working hard. I think we can all relate that there is nothing like knowing a fun package is about to be delivered to your doorstep! It’s probably not the healthiest of habits, but hey the important part is that I am buying items that I am obsessed with and use on a day to day basis. Which in the long run actually make my life easier and save me time, so I guess it all comes full circle?!?!!
So I wanted to take a minute to share some of my favorite purchases with you guys, because I know you guys will loveeee them!
Lululemon Belt Bag: A belt bag, fancy terms for fanny pack… that I can’t enough of! This is my everyday bag when I am running errands or just going on a walk/run. I throw literally everything I need into this thing. It fits a small wallet, my iPhone plus, several lip glosses and mascara and some masks!! I love this thing. I purchased the black but there are several other fun colors to choose from!
Ilia Volumizing Mascara: I love Ilia, they are an awesome brand, that utilizes clean ingredients in their products. Which is everything of the sort! I had been using their mascara before, but their new brush is so fluffy and really makes my eyelashes so voluminous. I have been using an eyelash serum for about a year now and this mascara really makes my lashes POP!
Free People Hit the Slopes Jacket: I picked this lightweight fleece jacket up when shopping in Soho on my NYC trip and OBSESSED is an understatement. I can’t seem to stop wearing it! It so cozy and warm and perfect for a fall day. I purchased the black but they have TONS of color options to choose from! It is a little more pricey than other fleece jackets, but I promise this is worth it. You will be wearing it for years to come! I may have to pick up a second color.
Laneige lip gloss: This is not a new product for me, I have actually been using this for YEARS and I cannot live without it. I use it every day and my lips are always so soft. I love all of Laneige products, but especially their lip care line. I use the mask every night before bed and the gloss every day. My niece actually always asks me to put it on when we are together so I would say its kid friendly. It’s not sticky, no overbearing smell and has the perfect tint for just enough color for day to day wear. My favorite color is the Grapefruit!
Aerie Seemless Lounge Bra: THIS! THIS!!! I am obsessed with these lounge bras. I bought this on a whim one day in the store and had to go back to pick up more! I wear these every day. They are so comfortable and perfect for underneath t-shirts and sweatshirts. They have also held up very well after being washed (laid flat to dry) which is something that I have had a hard time finding in lounge bras like this.
Vejas Sneakers: My ride or dies. I will wear these always and forever. You guys already knew this, but I couldn’t not share them again with you! I wear these everywhere. They are worth every penny. They are comfortable and go with everything!
Something else that I have recently purchased is this satin pillow case. I have been using satin pillow cases for years, and I think they tremendously help my hair and skin. I just purchased this new one from Target and have been very happy with it!
I have also been enjoying this in my morning latte lately. Super easy to make and such a fun treat in your morning coffee! Highly recommend!!
As always, I hope you love all of these things as much as I do! I don’t believe you should purchase something unless you have major heart eyes for it and that is how I feel about ALL of these products.
